Use Cases

CRM & Sales Automation

Keep the CRM accurate without asking salespeople to become data entry clerks.

Integrations

  • CRM
  • Microsoft 365
  • Google Workspace
  • Telegram
  • REST API

The task

CRM data decays because keeping it current competes with selling, and selling always wins. The result is a pipeline report nobody trusts, forecasts built on stale stages, and follow-ups that depend on whether someone remembered.

What it works from

  • Website form submissions and their source data
  • Sales email and calendar activity, where you permit access
  • Your pipeline stage definitions and exit criteria
  • Existing CRM records

The automated workflow

  1. New enquiries create or update CRM records automatically, deduplicated on arrival.
  2. Source, campaign and landing page are attached to the record permanently.
  3. Meeting and email activity updates the last-contact date without manual logging.
  4. Deals that have gone quiet past your threshold raise a reminder to their owner.
  5. Stage changes are checked against your exit criteria, and gaps are flagged.
  6. A pipeline summary is generated on a schedule for the sales lead.

Where a human stays in control

  • Stage changes stay a salesperson's decision — the system flags, it does not move deals.
  • No message is ever sent to a customer automatically.
  • Mailbox and calendar access is opt-in, scoped, and can be withdrawn per person.
  • Deletion and merge of records always requires explicit confirmation.

Integrations

  • CRM

Read and write deals, contacts and activities so qualified enquiries land where sales already works.

  • Microsoft 365

Identity, mail, calendars and document libraries, with permissions respected rather than bypassed.

  • Google Workspace

Sign-in, Drive, Sheets and Calendar as data sources and destinations for automated workflows.

  • Telegram

Bot-based notifications, approvals and conversational entry points for teams that already live there.

  • REST API

Documented, versioned and authenticated endpoints — both consuming yours and exposing ours.

Expected effect

Described qualitatively. Actual impact depends on your volumes, data quality and process discipline.

  • Pipeline data reflects reality more closely, because staying current stops being manual work.
  • Attribution becomes answerable, since source data is attached at creation.
  • Deals stop going quiet unnoticed.
  • Sales leads spend review meetings on decisions rather than on correcting the data.

Limits and what this does not do

  • It cannot fix a pipeline definition that does not match how your team actually sells. That has to be agreed by people first.
  • Mailbox access is a real privacy decision for your staff and needs their genuine consent, not a policy memo.
  • It will not make anyone use the CRM who has decided not to.
