How we handle personal data.

Who we are

This website is operated by RAIS, an IT company building websites, AI agents and SaaS products. The legal entity acting as data controller, its registered address and the contact point for data protection enquiries are listed in the site configuration and shown in the footer.

If you have a question about how your data is handled, write to the address in the footer and a person will answer.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us. When you submit the enquiry form, we receive your name, work email, and optionally your company and role, together with the details you choose to describe: your areas of interest, your message, an indicative budget range, a timeline and your preferred contact method.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not sell or share data with third parties for their own purposes.

Our server keeps standard technical logs — request time, path, response status and IP address — for security and diagnosis. These are not used to identify individuals and are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

Why we process it

To reply to your enquiry, to discuss a possible engagement, and to keep a record of that correspondence. That is the entire purpose.

The legal basis is your consent, given explicitly when you tick the consent box, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are delivered to our own mailbox and to an internal team messaging channel. That means the email provider and the messaging provider process the message in transit as our service providers.

The site is hosted on infrastructure we control. No analytics or advertising vendors receive your form data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is commercially relevant, and then deleted. The specific retention period is stated in the reviewed version of this document.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, withdraw your consent, and object to our processing it.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place lawfully. To exercise any of these, write to the address in the footer.
