Demand you can trace back to a source.

Most B2B marketing spend is judged on traffic because nobody instrumented the path from a visit to a qualified opportunity. We build that path — site, landing system, forms, qualification and CRM handover — as one connected system rather than four disconnected tools.

Typical integrations

  • CRM
  • Google Workspace
  • REST API
  • Telegram

The business problem

The symptom is a marketing team that can report visits but not pipeline. Underneath it there is usually a site that cannot be updated quickly, landing pages built one at a time by whoever was free, forms that email a shared inbox, and a CRM that receives leads a day later with half the context missing.

  • Campaign pages take weeks because each one is a small development project.
  • Nobody can say which page produced the last ten opportunities.
  • Sales complains about lead quality; marketing has no way to filter.

Before and after

How it runs today

  1. A campaign brief waits for a developer to become available.
  2. A one-off landing page is built, styled by hand, and never reused.
  3. The form sends an email to a shared inbox.
  4. Someone copies the details into the CRM, usually the next morning.
  5. Attribution is reconstructed manually at the end of the quarter, badly.

How it runs afterwards

  1. Marketing assembles a campaign page from existing blocks the same day.
  2. The page inherits performance, SEO and accessibility from the system.
  3. The form validates, records its source, and submits to a typed endpoint.
  4. Qualification runs immediately and routes the enquiry to a named owner.
  5. The CRM record carries the source, the page and the qualification rationale.

How RAIS approaches it

  1. One landing system, not many pages

A block library with locked-down typography, spacing and components. New campaigns become an editorial task, which is the only way page volume ever becomes sustainable.

  2. Instrument the whole path

Source, page, form and outcome recorded on one record so attribution is a query rather than an archaeology project.

  3. Qualify before a human sees it

Rules first, an agent where rules are not enough. Sales receives a shortlist with reasoning attached, not a raw feed.

  4. Make speed a budget

Performance targets are agreed as numbers before the build and enforced in CI, because a fast site that slowly degrades is the normal outcome otherwise.

Services involved

Related use cases

Typical integrations

  • CRM

Read and write deals, contacts and activities so qualified enquiries land where sales already works.

  • Google Workspace

Sign-in, Drive, Sheets and Calendar as data sources and destinations for automated workflows.

  • REST API

Documented, versioned and authenticated endpoints — both consuming yours and exposing ours.

  • Telegram

Bot-based notifications, approvals and conversational entry points for teams that already live there.

Frequently asked

Do you also run the campaigns?

No. We build and instrument the system; media buying and campaign management stay with your team or your agency. We will happily work alongside them, and the system is designed so they are not blocked on us.

Can you promise a conversion rate?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does — conversion depends on your offer, your pricing and your market as much as on the page. What we commit to is a system where conversion is measurable, attributable and cheap to iterate on.

What if we already have a site we do not want to replace?

Then we start with the landing system and the qualification path, which can live alongside an existing site. That is often the better sequencing anyway: it produces measurable results before a larger rebuild is committed to.
