Use Cases

Corporate Website Relaunch

Replace a site that cannot be updated, cannot be found and cannot be measured.

Integrations

  • CRM
  • Google Workspace
  • REST API
  • Telegram

The task

The existing site no longer represents what the company sells, cannot be edited without a developer, performs badly on mobile, and produces enquiries nobody can trace to a source.

What it works from

  • Existing site content and its current URL structure
  • Search performance data for the pages that currently rank
  • Brand assets, or the decision to build the missing layer
  • The commercial positioning the site has to communicate

The automated workflow

  1. Positioning and information architecture are agreed before any design work.
  2. Existing URLs are inventoried and a redirect map is produced.
  3. A design system is built — tokens, grid, type scale, components — before pages.
  4. Pages are built server-rendered, accessible and instrumented from the start.
  5. Content is migrated into a typed model your team can edit.
  6. Forms are wired to qualification and CRM before launch, not after.
  7. Launch is staged, with redirects verified and search performance monitored.

Where a human stays in control

  • Positioning and messaging are signed off by you before design starts.
  • The redirect map is reviewed together — this is where relaunches usually lose traffic.
  • Your team edits content after handover without a deploy.
  • Performance and accessibility targets are agreed as numbers up front.

Integrations

  • CRM

Read and write deals, contacts and activities so qualified enquiries land where sales already works.

  • Google Workspace

Sign-in, Drive, Sheets and Calendar as data sources and destinations for automated workflows.

  • REST API

Documented, versioned and authenticated endpoints — both consuming yours and exposing ours.

  • Telegram

Bot-based notifications, approvals and conversational entry points for teams that already live there.

Expected effect

Described qualitatively. Actual impact depends on your volumes, data quality and process discipline.

  • A site that states the current offer clearly, in every language you sell in.
  • Content changes that take minutes instead of a development cycle.
  • Enquiries that arrive structured, attributed and routed automatically.
  • A technical baseline that stops being a recurring internal argument.

Limits and what this does not do

  • A relaunch does not create demand on its own. It removes friction and improves clarity; the demand still has to come from somewhere.
  • Search rankings can move in either direction after a relaunch. Careful redirects reduce the risk; nobody can eliminate it.
  • If nobody on your side owns content, the new site will drift out of date exactly like the old one.

Part of the practice

Web Development

Corporate sites, product sites and conversion systems built as commercial infrastructure.

Conversion Landing System

A block library that turns a new campaign page into a content task, not a development project.
