RAIS is an IT company. We build digital products and business automation: websites, AI agents, SaaS products, and the integrations that connect them to the systems a company already runs.
We work across three practices and keep them deliberately under one roof, because the problems worth solving usually sit where they meet — a site that captures demand is worth more when the enquiries qualify themselves, and an agent is worth more when it writes into the CRM the sales team already uses.
We are a delivery team, not a consultancy that writes recommendations for someone else to implement. What we design, we build; what we build, we deploy; and what we deploy, we document well enough that you could replace us.
There are no client logos, percentages or case studies on this site, because we do not yet have permission to publish any. We would rather have an empty page than a persuasive one that is not true. If you want proof, ask and we will walk you through relevant work directly.
A meaningful share of enquiries end with us recommending a smaller project, a different sequence, an off-the-shelf product, or nothing at all. Selling work that should not exist is the fastest way to lose a client permanently.
Every AI system we build has a written boundary: what it may decide alone, what it must propose for approval, and what it must never touch. Anything with financial, contractual or legal consequence is designed as a proposal a person approves.
Code and infrastructure live in your accounts and your repositories from the first commit. We do not build on a proprietary platform that makes leaving expensive. Handover documentation is part of delivery, not an upsell.
Parallel programmes are how organisations end up with six half-built integrations and no owner for any of them. We would rather deliver one workflow completely than start four.
Both are agreed as numbers before development starts and verified before handover. Treating them as a later optimisation phase reliably means they never happen.
